Step 01
Consultation in your home
We come to you with a curated stack of samples chosen for your light, your subfloor, and how the room is actually used. No showroom small talk — we measure, we listen, we sketch.

Step 02
Measure, sample, scope
Our installer returns to lay out full-size samples in your space, check the slab for moisture, and confirm the plan. You see exactly how the floor will read at sunrise and at lamplight.

- Fixed-price quote, install calendar, and material lead time.
Step 03
Install — dust-controlled, on-time
Crews of two to four, vacuum-shrouded sanders, plastic-sealed work zones, and a single point of contact on your phone. We start when we said we'd start and finish when we said we'd finish.

- Daily progress photos and a walk-through at handover.
Step 04
Finish, hand-over, aftercare
Oil or polyurethane applied in-situ, full cure protected, every threshold dressed by hand. You get a care kit, a touch-up bottle, and a calendar reminder for the first re-oil.
